Post Workout Shake

Refueling your body with nutritious foods is highly important after exercise. Here’s a healthy protein shake recipe to try after your workout!

Ingredients:

• 1 frozen banana, peeled and chopped

• 1/2 cup rolled oats, uncooked

• 1 cup almond milk

• 1 scoop protein powder, chocolate flavored

• 1 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder (optional)

• 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter

• Ice

Method:

1.Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined.
2.Enjoy!
