Fire up your morning with this quick workout routine!

Body Weight Squats 12x

Push Ups 10x

Side Plank (hold for 30 seconds)

Jumping Jacks for 45 seconds

Rest for 30-60 seconds then repeat 4x and don’t forget to switch sides on the side plank!

Follow up this workout with an ice cold glass of lemon water and any of these protein-packed breakfasts!
